Josue Espindola Tapia has been practicing parkour/movement his whole life and it became a discipline in 2006. 13 years later, he is still a student of movement and a teacher of parkour. He hosts open gym sessions every Saturday at The Parkour Garden, which is located in Los Angeles. A donation based community space where we, both adults and children, can develop fundamental skills of movement, build confidence, and keep our inner-child alive and happy.
